The waste drawer of the CatMatik Halo holds 9 liters and empties through a side hatch. A bag that is too thin tears as you pull it out; a bag that is too big bunches up, stops the hatch from closing and lets odor escape. These rolls are cut for this exact drawer.
The film is thick and leakproof: it holds in odor for as long as the bag stays in place, and you take it out in one move through the hatch, without ever touching waste or opening the unit.
Expect about one roll a month for one cat. With two cats, the drawer fills roughly twice as fast.
Keep a spare roll next to the litter box: changing the bag takes about thirty seconds, as long as you don't have to go looking for one.
