Shipping policy

At Catmatik (Wall Agency), our priority is to deliver your self-cleaning litter box quickly and safely. We ship our products from our partner warehouses to customers worldwide.

Shipping is free everywhere. Delivery time depends on the country your order is delivered to:

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE worldwide on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Shipping fee: $0.00 (free).
Taxes: all our prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. DELIVERY TIMES (Total estimate)

The total time to receive your order is made up of two stages: processing and transit.

Important: “business days” are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order cut-off time: for your order to begin processing the same day, it must be placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day.

3. CARRIERS

Your orders are shipped by our partner carriers, including:

DPD France (a subsidiary of La Poste) - for standard deliveries within mainland France.

DPD provides home delivery with real-time tracking. You will receive a text message and/or email on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot.

Note: depending on availability and your location, we may occasionally use other carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost) while guaranteeing the same delivery times.

4. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our “Track my order” page or directly on the carrier’s website.

Note: tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to be updated in the carrier’s system after shipment.

5. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver:

Mainland France (including Corsica, although delivery may take 1 to 2 days longer), with free shipping in 4–7 business days.
All other countries, with free shipping in 5–10 business days.

We do not deliver to PO boxes at this time.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Late delivery: if your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days for an order delivered in France, or after 10 business days for an order delivered to any other country, don’t worry. First check your tracking link. If it has not moved, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost parcel: if the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will immediately reship a new product free of charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Parcel marked “Delivered” but not received: if tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received anything:

Check with your neighbors or building manager.
Check that the shipping address entered when ordering was correct.
Contact us within 48 hours so that we can help you.

7. ADDRESS CHANGES

Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us if you need to correct the shipping address. Once the parcel has shipped (handed over to the carrier), we can no longer change the address.
